SFC has long been focused on the electronic specialty gases market, and is the only integrated supplier in Taiwan with production, on-site filling and analysis capabilities.

With an ISO/IEC 17025 certified lab, we provide online testing and analysis capabilities via various GC (Gas Chromatograph) systems to conduct IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In Process Quality Control) and FQC (Final Quality Control) for quality control and assurance.

We’ve also set up PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) to react and simulate the process of thin-film deposition of semiconductor industry.

Furthermore, our Class 100 cleanroom equipped with the HR-ICP-MS (High-Resolution Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry) has met the semiconductor customers’ (e.g. TSMC) requirement of part per trillion (ppt) in metal element detection.
